A double pair of elegant, extra-tall pylons, which match another pair crossing the estuary further down stream by the first Severn Bridge. Given the low-lying landscape around the river, they are visible from afar, and mark where the river is, even when not visible. Their reflection is always animated by the patterns in the water made by the flow of the ebbing or rising tide. The cables make perfect catenary curves.
